Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

We proudly hand pack every order and ship from central Kentucky in 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.   

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $65 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free ground shipping. 

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.     

Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.   

 

Local Pickup 

We are happy to provide pickup to our local customers! This is only available for Central Kentucky residents. We will call you when your order is ready for pickup so please ensure a good phone number is associated with the order. If you are placing a order on the weekend and need to pick it up the same day, please call email us for assistance.
